Directions
From I-684, take Exit 6 (Route 35) and head east for 1.8 miles. Turn left onto North Salem Road and follow it to Mount Holly Road. Turn right at the Y junction and continue 1.2 miles to where Mount Holly Road makes a sharp left. The preserve is to the right, 0.8 mile past the turn.

Park Overview
The Grierson Sanctuary and Yarrow Preserve provide ample birding and wildlife watching opportuntities in a mixed upland forest and wetlands. They are frequently referred to as Grierson-Yarrow.

The trails at Grierson Wildlife Sanctuary and Yarrow Preserve take hikers through a variety of habitats.
Park Description
This park offers ample opportunities for bird and wildlife watching. There are three entrances, but parking is only available at the Lake Trail. Horses are allowed on all trails except for the Falls Trail.
The park consists of two adjacent parcels of land donated to The Nature Conservancy in the 1970's by Stanley Grierson, in memory of his mother, Mildred Grierson, and Mr. and Mrs. Wilson P. Foss, in memory of Mrs. Foss's mother, Marian Yarrow.
